Cécile Matton On Deciding To Become A Perfumer

A pharmacist by qualification Cécile Matton talks about what inspired her to step into the domain of perfumery

ParfumPlus: In spite of being qualified as a pharmacist, what made you choose perfumery?

Cécile Matton: In fact it’s the contrary, I wanted to become  a perfumer, and to become a perfumer I pursued pharmacy because at that time perfumery belonged essentially to the domain of pharmacy and so I started out working initially in a pharma company.
