During the launch of the Black Musk by The Body Shop, ace perfumer Cécile Matton talks with ParfumPlus about her favourite ingredient
ParfumPlus: Which is your favourite ingredient and why?
Cécile Matton: One of my favourite ingredient is the oudh musk, and I like this musk because you can treat it in so many ways. This in turn allows me to portray my creativity as a perfumer in a better way. For instance, you can use them in many various notes like dark, woody, etc. and that’s why its a really wonderful ingredient. Additionally, its unique accord gives it a tempting sillage that tends to linger on the skin.
