Lancôme, owned by L’Oreal, is a brand synonymous with style, class and sophistication. Recently, the brand launched a special anniversary edition of some of its iconic products, as part of its upcoming 80 years anniversary celebration on 20th February 2015.
Starting out as a premium skin care brand, Lancôme has successfully ventured into several areas including luxury perfumes. Even though U.S. remains to be the brand’s biggest market, it is strengthening its presence across other parts of the world. With the fragrance sector growing rapidly, Lancôme tasted success in this segment as well with the introduction of its La vie est belle collection.
La vie est belle translates to meaning life is beautiful, the very motto that is the core objective of every endeavour undertaken by Lancôme. As part of its 80th anniversary celebration, Lancôme launched a jewelled edition of the extremely precious La vie est belle L’Absolu de Parfum. Lancôme will also be launching a special edition coffee table book on 8 March to mark International Women’s Day, which the brand honours every year.
