While the brand name and logo have changed, its values and identity remain the same. The logo of Widian by AJ Arabia is inspired by the golden sands of the desert. The name Widian, meaning valleys in the Arabic language, was chosen in reference to the desert valleys of Liwa and the green valleys of Al Ain. These are important landmarks that are considered to be the heart of the nation, thus inspiring the evolution of AJ Arabia to Widian.
