Acqua di Gioia by Giorgio Armani

Acqua di Gioia was introduced by Giorgio Armani in March 2010. Inspired by the women of substance, the fragrance comes with a seductive aroma of the sea. The unique composition encapsulates the character of the free spirited woman who is in perfect harmony with nature. Inspired by the idea of summer holidays spent on the islands of Pantelleria and Antigua, where Armani has his villas, the fragrance offers an escape into nature. Even the bottle is designed to look like a drop of water.

Armani soon followed with a feminine version of this fragrance creating the Aqua di Gio for women which once again pays tribute to the seaside atmosphere conveying the scent of the cool wind and the magnificient sea. Bitter citrus with aromatic nuance of rosemary intertwines with salty, sea notes and pellucid hedione laid on a woody base is what gives this fragrance its unique character.
