TechnicoFlor: Strengthening Its International Footprint

Since its inception, the export market has always been an area of strategic focus for TechnicoFlor. So much so that, 67% of the brand’s turnover came from international markets in 2021.

Commenting on their growing international footprint, Christopher Sabater, Managing Director, TechnicoFlor said,” Our biggest contributors to international market share are Europe with 43%, Asia with 30% and MEA with 20%. We have recently targeted the African market, and are very happy with the results. We have been present in North Africa for close to three decades but we have just entered East and West Africa and it looks very promising. Our next step in the region is to open an office in KSA for 2023 and one office in India as well.”

The French fragrance house specialising in natural compositions, recently also inaugurated a fully automated facility in the suburbs of Marseille, Provence at a total investment of 18 million euros.

This   new production facility will allow the family business to double its production capacity, bringing it to 2,000 tonnes of perfumes per year. Moreover, thanks to the automation of the entire process, TechnicoFlor plans to halve the duration of its operations and aims to be able to supply to its customers in 5 days.

TechnicoFlor is driven by a passion to innovate. They have recently inaugurated their in-house tool Biod-Scent which assures the biodegradability of its fragrances. And thanks to their team of perfumers and the quality of responsible sourcing, they now have the capability to blend creativity with sustainability.
