Dior Presents La Colle Noire

Created around the intense, expressive and dense aroma of May Rose, La Colle Noire is a part of the exclusive collection La Collection Privée

Floral, woody, musky, ambery – all at the same time, the latest offering by Christian Dior fragrances is a new edition in their exclusive collection La Collection Privée called La Colle Noire. Created by the brand’s in-house perfumer Francois Demachy, the perfume is created around the intense aroma of May Rose absolute as its central component.

The name of this fragrance comes from Château de La Colle Noire, one of the castles of the Provence, bought by Christian Dior in 1951 and served as his favourite place to vacation in his retirement years. Described as a sunny composition, La Colle Noire includes May Rose, spices, sandalwood from Sri Lanka, other woods, white musk and amber. The fragrance was launched in early 2016.
