Victoria Beckham calls Room Service fragrance ‘Super Chic’
Victoria Beckham recently shared her love for the perfume Room Service by niche perfumers Vilhelm Parfumerie, calling it “super chic!” on Instagram. This Oriental Floral fragrance was created to capture the glamour of Hollywood in a bottle.
Victoria Beckham rose to prominence in the 1990s as Posh Spice, a member of the girl group the Spice Girls. With over 85 million records sold worldwide, the group became the best-selling female group of all time. After the Spice Girls split in 2001, Beckham was signed to Virgin Records, in which she released her self-titled debut solo album, which respectively produced 4 UK TOP 10 singles including ‘Out of your Mind’
Today Victoria Beckham is an internationally recognised style icon and fashion designer. Beckham’s eponymous label ‘Victoria Beckham’ was launched in September 2008 and by 2011, it had grown into a fixture of New York Fashion Week. Known initially for its dresses, the range has expanded into separates and luxury handbags selling at up to £18,000. Alongside the main fashion line and diffusion range, the Victoria Beckham brand still includes separate denim, eyewear and fragrance lines. In November 2011, Victoria Beckham won Designer Brand of the Year at the British Fashion Awards.
