Colin Firth Prefers Tom Ford Perfumes

Colin Firth seems to like the masculine scent of Tom Ford’s Grey Vetiver

English actor, Colin Andrew Firth is best known for his portrayal of King George VI in the 2010 hit film ‘The King’s Speech’. His work in this film also earned him an Oscar, apart from multiple worldwide best actor awards. He started young with acting in dramas, but it was in 1995 when Firth played Mr Darcy in the 1995 television adaptation of Jane Austen’s ‘Pride and Prejudice’ that got him under a widespread attention. In his acting career spanning over three decades, Colin Firth has received various awards namely, an Academy Award, a Golden Globe, two British Academy Film Awards and three Screen Actor Guild Awards, apart from many others.

On contrary to his serious choices in film characters, Colin Firth seems to like the soft and velvety feel of Tom Ford’s Grey Vetiver fragrance. This perfume of 2009 features shiny citruses with spices, precious woods and dominance of vetiver in the drydown. A classic, sophisticated and masculine, Grey Vetiver outshines with salty notes and sunny, woody accords.
