The star who can bring any character to life, from Zorro to Puss in Boots, needs a scent that’s just as dynamic. Antonio Banderas likes Eau Savage Parfum by Christian Dior which begins with citron and bergamot and quickly transforms to lavender and hedione (synthetic jasmine often used in perfumery), together with the masculine scents of oakmoss and myrrh.
This Dior scent was created by the nose of Francois Demachy and is often appreciated for its mature but classic fragrance. It opens with the citruses including petitgrain – an oil from the bitter orange tree. Apart from hedione, the heart contains lavender and vetiver, all on a classic base of oakmoss, myrrh, and patchouli.
