lowres-GMG_Bulgari_Flower_Comp_Pink5Omnia Crystalline L’Eau de Parfum is a sparkling new fragrance that casts its rays on the Bulgari world. A velvety and textured fragrance that glows like a gem with the clarity of a crystal revealing a modern sensuality. Dedicated to an iconic woman, Omnia Crystalline L’Eau de Parfum unveils aluminous femininity.

A fusion of elements that are often in contrast yet dialogue flawlessly- hard and soft, crystal and liquid, pure and sensual. Elements that bond harmoniously throughout all of the fragrance’s strength and symbolisms, which mirror Bulgari’s long standing tradition in the art of perfumery and its deep-seated Roman roots.

Omnia Crystalline L’Eau de Parfum is the new latest addition bringing depth, warmth and richness to the central themes: crystal and the lotus flower.

The new Omnia Crystalline L’Eau de Parfum follows the lead of its iconic predecessor, Omnia Crystalline Eau de Toilette, an unwavering fragrance that has consecrated itself as the undisputed ambassador of the Omnia collection. Inspired by the pureness of crystal, Omnia Crystalline L’Eau de Toilette, is a sparkling jewel of light that captures the glow and brightness of gems.

For Omnia Crystalline, Master Perfumer Alberto Morillas imposed the sacred lotus flower, a symbol of purity and absolute beauty, reminiscent of the stone’s clarity and radiance. A scent characterized by an unprecedented persistence, a true challenge for this type of signature.

With Omnia Amethyste and Omnia Coral complementing the selection, Alberto Morillas succeeded in creating a family of universal, addictive fragrances, inspired by the precious iridescence and luminosity of gems.

Can you describe the Omnia Crystalline universe?

Crystal, transparence, brilliance, delicacy, radiance and above all purity, like the lotus flower which is so delicate yet carries a strong symbolism. The lotus flower was the starting point, the inspiration, behind the Eau de Toilette as it was for the Eau de Parfum.

How would you describe Omnia Crystalline to day as it gets ready to welcome a new arrival?

Omnia Crystalline Eau de Toilette is a universal and timeless fragrance. Its signature is as delicate as an exquisite flower and as luminous as the crystal which inspired it.It combines freshness and sparkle with comfort and presence.

Why are consumers faithful to this fragrance (makes them want to return to it)!

The appeal of the head note comes from bamboo, which gives it a slightly green and aquatic freshness. But the attractive note (the alluring that makes people return to it) comes from the bite of the nashi, a Japanese fruit which is surprisingly aquatic and fruity.

What inspired the creation of the Eau de Parfum?

We wished to remain in the same universe. The crystal becomes denser and more noble. The luminous and petal effect of the lotus flower is still at the heart of the creation but it is enriched with new materials – noble, rich and enveloping – like a cashmere scarf.

What are these noble and rich elements?

I was lucky to be able to use many top quality natural ingredients. Natural mandarin essential oil from Sicily confers the vibrant and zesty qualities to the head note, like a halo of freshness. Iris, one of the rarest and most expensive ingredients envelops the floral heart with its caressing powdered notes …

The benzoin resin (from Laos) is extracted directly from the tree. It is semi-liquid but quickly hardens and becomes brittle. I chose this balsamic amber ingredient with its almond facets to strengthen the feeling of envelopment, caress and comfort.

Thanks to their creativity, perfumers compose accords that implement the richness of nature. Which of your creations brings a more personal touch to the fragrance.

Several interpretations spring to mind, the first of which is the lotus which has such strong significance. The lotus flower is one of the most ancient symbols and represents the highest form of purity. It draws its elegance and beauty from the depths of water before being attracted by light. The challenge was to create a pure and aquatic accord reflecting incredible elegance and beauty.

The floral and powdery note of heliotrope with its facets of vanilla and almond, like an evanescent white cloud. White Sandalwood is also one of my creations. We can no longer get hold of natural sandal from India with its particularly creamy note.

So I reinterpreted it to convey a comfortable note, soft and enveloping in its core.
