Cécile Matton Shares Her True Calling

During the launch of her latest creation Black Musk, master perfumer Cécile Matton talks with ParfumPlus on her initial days of exposure to the art of perfume making

ParfumPlus: When did you realise that being a perfumer was your true calling?

Cecile Matton: I realised that pretty young, I remember I was 15 years old and I used to buy some samples from a shop called ‘Pier Import’ in France and I used to mix all these samples to create perfume… this time however they weren’t that good.
