Eurofragance strengthens its position in the Asia-Pacific region by opening this centre and commissioning a new production plant, scheduled to open by the end of the year

Fragrance design and creation company, Eurofragance, has opened its fourth Creative Centre in Singapore. The firm has invested

The company will be making a two-phase investment of approximately €2 million in the plant, which will have a staff of six employees.

The official opening of the Creative Centre, which was held at the company’s new premises, was attended by the Spanish ambassador to Singapore, Miguel Ángel Navarro Portera, among other guests. The 1,100 m2 Creative Centre is in Biopolis, an international business and science park conceived as an R&D business hub. Just like the new production plant in Singapore, this centre will boost the presence of Eurofragance in the Asia-Pacific region. Its main activities are the design, evaluation and development of applications and fragrances. Singapore Creative Centre will streamline projects and will drive categories for which there is great demand in Asian markets, such as Home Care Fragrances.

The mission of the new production plant, which will be equipped with a state-of-the-art robot, is to localise and increase production in what is a strategic geographic area for the company. Eurofragance sales in Asia are showing one of the highest rates of growth. The new plant will also allow the firm to raise quality and service standards and offer a speedy response. The company is implementing an important expansion strategy which aims to achieve a turnover of €77 million by 2016 and €100 million by 2018. Once this new plant is operative, Eurofragance will have three production plants; Barcelona, Mexico and Singapore.
